Leadership that works…
from the inside out
Most coaching addresses what leaders do. I work at the level of why they keep doing it — bringing clinical depth to the patterns, dynamics, and blind spots that standard coaching cannot reach.
ABOUT
A different kind of depth
I am a licensed professional counselor and psychoanalytic psychotherapist who works with founders, CEOs, and senior executives on the psychological dimensions of leadership — the patterns, dynamics, and relational forces that shape performance in ways that skill-building and strategy alone cannot touch.
My clinical training is not a credential in the background. It is the work itself. I bring psychoanalytic and depth psychological frameworks to the consulting room — making visible what is typically invisible, and helping leaders understand the full picture of what is driving their choices and relationships.
This is not therapy. But it goes where most coaching cannot.
BACKGROUND
Licensed Professional Counselor, Pennsylvania
Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, Eastern University
17 years of clinical practice
Full Psychoanalytic Candidate, the Institute of Modern Psychoanalysis of Philadelphia (IMPP)
Group analytic experience
Specialization in leadership and organizational dynamics, and unconscious interpersonal patterns
APPROACH
Engagements are structured, confidential, and entirely focused on professional performance. Sessions draw on psychoanalytic listening, pattern recognition, and reflective dialogue — rigorous in method, practical in orientation.
We're not here to follow trends—we're here to build something timeless. With a blend of creativity, strategy, and heart, we help ideas come to life.
Consulting Services
-
An in-depth analysis and assessment of your personal or organizational circumstances from a depth-psychology framework. This includes interviews with any relevant parties (CEO, C-suite, EVP’s, etc,), and is best conducted in person. Typically 8-12 hours in duration, depending on the scope and number of interviews.
Following the in-person interviews, you will be provided with an in-depth report outlining a diagnosis of the situation and associated recommendations. This service includes one follow-up consulting session.
